Welcome - love to see so much experience in here. This is also a place for respectful disagreements (well because the alternative is boring:). Do participate with some input. It will be appreciated. (Off course if you disagree with dedanna she will roll over you with a bulldozer - but you knew that already:) I think this forum has the benefit of some valuable experience don't you think?

The thing that really gets me about that post of his, is he just said "Spongebob Squarepants" without qualifying it. I am aware he has grandchildren, but a Site Admin, IMHO, should have stated "Spongebob Squarepants with my grandkids" or something. With it the way it is, it makes him look very dumb.
