Why can I not cat or dog a file in either Fedora or Arch? What do I have to install in order to be able to? Every time I try to, it comes back "command not found".

It works nicely here. I just do a and the content turns up as it is supposed to.

It's not doing it here. It will cat a couple of things I've noticed, but that's all. Was in tty in Arch, and it wouldn't cat from there, and I was root even!
