HP dropping Windows on home server

Postby viking60 » 01 Dec 2010, 17:41

ImageHP has dropped the Windows Home server codenamed Vail. It was simply not good enough, and HP went for the Linux based WebOS. Vail does not seem to have much confidence in the Microsoft camp either.

This is yet another proof of Linux total superiority in the server market.
Yet Acer and Tranquil PC are going for it.
Maybe they got an offer they couldn't refuse?
