IPAD released in Norway today
Wow that was fast 
Manjaro 64bit on the main box -Intel(R) Core(TM) i7 CPU 920 @ 2.67GHz and nVidia Corporation GT200b [GeForce GTX 275] (rev a1. + Centos on the server - Arch on the laptop.

Here I was expecting some big long summation of how it does when I walked into this thread! LMAO - caught me completely off guard!

I think I have expressed my views on it before. I am happy with my lifestyle so I don't need it. It is an expensive ticket to allow you to use more money.
What surprises me is that everybody seems to be willing to pay for anything as long as it is on a iThing.
Allthough multitasking is possible now so there have been some improvements. It looks like a fun toy but no one is going to sleep over in the streets to get it, as I suspect Apple hoped. Well it is -17 C here today so they would probably not survive it
Apple has this strategy of releasing late and reluctantly while creating the "it might not be enough for all" hype. Then of course everybody wants it. They know what they are doing those guys - I will have to give them that.
