Xfce 4.8 released

:tux5: Yesterday Xfce Desktop environment 4.8 was released. This is a Lightweight desktop, preferred by many professionals. It supersedes Xfce 4.6
Manjaro 64bit on the main box -Intel(R) Core(TM) i7 CPU 920 @ 2.67GHz and nVidia Corporation GT200b [GeForce GTX 275] (rev a1. + Centos on the server - Arch on the laptop.

I got a lot of errors like that yesterday. Just give it some time and it will probably be OK. Also try powerpill! It coordinates 45 repos.

I did try powerpill, too, it was the same.

I did find those in yaourt, although I couldn't tell if they were for this version of xfce or not.

Doesn't matter. I think it's going to be a no-go here anyway. There's still too much that I can't do with it that they haven't added yet. The last time I tried it was some 3-4 years ago, and the same frustrations are still there.
