Except for one slight problem. I have just found that bash-completion is indeed installed - it must've reinstalled with updates or something, so I'm going to have to remember to mark it not to update or install when I do updates. I need to blacklist that evil P.O.S., but I still don't think that's the problem with Fedora. We'll see.
