Understanding PTSD (Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder)

Postby dedanna1029 » 29 Jul 2010, 06:36

This is why, even though I know it mentally, it's hard for me to digest that you all love me, and hard for me to relate (other than a post that I do) to you that I love you. http://tinyurl.com/32rytg4

PTSD, or Post-traumatic stress disorder, is a very hard thing to live with, and even harder to treat. This blog, I think, at least can help people understand it, and cope with it. Lord knows the doctors don't know crap about treating it (they've been unsuccessful with me for over 40 years).
I'd rather be a free person who fears terrorists, than be a "safe" person who fears the government.
