Serious flaw in Internet Explorer!

Microsoft's Internet Explorer has a serious Zero Day security flaw.
It’s a remote code execution vulnerability, which in English means a bad guy can make a target computer run software after a successful attack. “The vulnerability may corrupt memory in a way that could allow an attacker to execute arbitrary code in the context of the current user within Internet Explorer,” Microsoft’s alert reads. The phrase “arbitrary code” means pretty much any software that the attacker chooses to run.

...and that is bad +1

To avoid this; simply stop using IE until it is fixed and use Firefox, Chrome or Opera instead. It does make sense to have more than one browser installed anyway.

Here is the full MS Security Advisory:

Not in defense of M$ but this fear mongering propaganda is getting out of control.

Sometimes I do question if is real or just a lie, just to keep people "aware" that they need to buy more antispywre, antivirus or simply hire a firm to keep you safe.

Well it is a flaw so we should report about it. IE has been the most insecure of the browsers so people should use another one for now at least.
And yes the anti virus industry is heavily in love with Microsoft - they would not exist without MS.
