Between the lines it is not too hard to spot a certain Antiguan frustration over the lacking willingness from the US to negotiate.
And a dto unwillingness to accept the role as the small and unimportant, who should dance to every tune played in Washington.
They might get some attention from the US government now, the Movie,Software and Music industry will probably see to that. In the mean time everything downloaded from here must be completly legal - at least in Antigua.
It clearly is legally offered - The interesting question is if it is illegal to download a legally offered product - anywhere?
