Suse developers move in at Microsoft
At the Open Source Business Conference 2012 , Microsoft and Linux distributor SUSE jointly announced the SUSE Manager Management Pack for System Center, which integrates SUSE’s management platform with that of Microsoft.
The integration between the two management systems will maintain compliance in Linux server environments, particularly in keeping Linux systems patched and updated, said Fabio Cunha, a Microsoft solutions technology evangelist, who gave a demonstration of the new technology at the conference.
It looks like Suse is a proxy for Microsoft. This may present a challenge in the cooperation between Suse and other Linux communities.

Only one thing to say to SuSe:
I'd rather be a free person who fears terrorists, than be a "safe" person who fears the government.

Yup that sounds reasonable for several reasons:
What they are developing is hardly open source thus the work will never be shared like any other Linux development.
Also they are supporting the MS cross licensing blackmail to the disadvantage of Linux customers.

Is obvious what they are doing.
They want to get MS DNA in Linux to take ownership of it.
Perhaps the next Windows Mobile platform is an Android Spin Off.
Also, depending how the cards are played...
Linux could be infusing DNA in MS and flip the problem the other way around.

Ain't gonna happen with those buttheads. There's been too many years of this partnership with MS crap, and it ain't dun a thing for Linux yet.

Yup, exactly.
