You should use Tor with Firefox and Torbutton, for best safety. Simply install the Torbutton plugin, restart your Firefox, and you're all set:
I am unable to find torbutton addon for Firefox 11. They are saying now that these things are bundled in the whole Tor/Vidalia bundle.
Not sure what to do here. I do not find it in Firefox. If it's bundled, then... ???

Torbutton is the component in Tor Browser Bundle that takes care of application-level security and privacy concerns in Firefox. To keep you safe, Torbutton disables many types of active content.

Users should be using Tor Browser Bundle, not installing Torbutton themselves.
... but it's not in the bundle. If it were, I'm assuming it would show up in Firefox, and that the settings would be in Preferences-->Network, but none of this is happening.
