Yes you read it right - this is a Windows tip. Making life easier for those poor people that have to use it at work 
Have you ever been annoyed of the amount of navigation you have to do when you want to perform a certain task in windows? Well here is a tip that will put you back in the drivers seat.
Put this in the address bar of your IE:
Hit enter and you can control your system again. It will pop up a control panel that contains all you need.
