Have you ever been annoyed of the amount of navigation you have to do when you want to perform a certain task in windows? Well here is a tip that will put you back in the drivers seat.
Put this in the address bar of your IE:

Hit enter and you can control your system again. It will pop up a control panel that contains all you need.
