New Openbox wiki for Openmandriva

I cannot log in to the Openmandriva forum anymore because I get this Oh now something went wrong "Gnomish" message.
So I'll anounce it here:

I also made a cmd template for others to use
I am sure the italian designers can make it look better - but I needed it so I made it.
