Mageia is using Debian servers and OM is British?

Debian is a brilliant server - no doubt about that. But one would think that Mageia that pride themselves on their server (it is a good server) would use their own stuff.
To my great surprise my Magic hacking (shodan) came up with this:
These are the data for:
http://mageiavm.osuosl.org/
Which in fact is the Mageia forum. Somewhat surprising. The server is in the Oregon State System of Higher Education.
It seems to only be a redirection though. And I am not that good at using shodan but it looks like a surprising result
(Not in France - and not Mageia software).
This is nothing compared to Openmandriva though; they seem to be playing around with Ubuntu servers.

And all their servers seem to be located in the UK (Hi GCHQ !) This looks odd in view of the tremendous efforts to make Openmandriva a French Association.
Openmandriva seems to be using Cherokee, Apache, and nginx servers.
