global warming!

does anyone even understand what cyclic weather is?
you hear a lot of hype over global warming on both sides of the fence, But here is one undisputed and proven fact.
temperature recordings have only been done since the 1850's! This year is 2021! That's only 170 years.
That's a lot some will say But then again they have never paid attention to geologic history prior to human appearance.
Global temperature shifts have been cyclic and usually span hundreds of thousands of years for a cycle to shift from one extreme to the other.
what we are feeling today is a result of pollution standards from over a 100 years ago,
How much has changed in the past 50 years?
realization of human effect is dawning and people are just starting to become moderately responsible of their own waste.
but the diminishing factor is money!
at a local recycling center they refuse to take any aluminum cans that don't have the 5 cent refund stamps and the same with plastic or glass!
right there are 3 materials that are infinitely recyclable, and they are being thrown in the trash.
food product plastics that are no longer usable in food products can be repurposed as building materials. the same with many types of glass and metals.
so why aren't they?
simply put no easy money in it!
a while back i was checking into a grant to start up an IT recycling business that would have employed abut 50 people for proper disassembly, processing equipment, and handling equipment,
it was well planned and i had companies wanting the processed materials. ground plastics, metals separated and clean, even the circuit boards were wanted for the fiberglass, I even had an iron clad business plan for it.
I had to attend multiple seminars on it and the business group who would have decided only had one question in mind (what about the gold and who would have controlling interest in the recovered gold)?
can you see my disgust over that!
