Malware

Man, this is so messed up. My son got some trojans going on, in his Windows box, and I'm stuck cleaning them out tonight. Among them being, RON Too1 adsoftinc, and Contextual Platform adsoftinc, Fun Web Products, and Gamevance. I'm thinking about just reloading Windows, but all I have is Win XP Pro, no 7, so it will be a very long night, either trying to get rid of the trojans themselves, or updating XP.

Stupid a*es who don't keep their Spybot S & D updated, or run the AV and keep it updated, who don't bother to have a Windows logon password, I could frikking SCREAM at them! It's not like he doesn't have Linux to run on the internet (he dual-boots). I know one thing, he's doing the reload this time if we go that route, and then I'M LOCKING IT DOWN FROM THE INTERNET!

This will fix it. It is a win installation on CD/DVD or USB. Crack password remove virus and trojans. It works great I am a fan of Bart. Probably the best rescue CD out there.

Thanks. Will keep it for future reference. We ended up reloading Win XP last night. Still doing updates now... sigh.

(Er, I should say, HE reloaded WinXP. I just helped with updates later in the night).

We're gonna put on MDV 2010 as a dual boot, and yeah, Win's getting locked down from the i-net after that. Seriously. He has NO reason to be on windows other than for personal games, and updates. That's it.
