Open Solaris is dead (Oracle just killed it)

Preceding this, the Open Solaris board was kept in the dark and put on the sideline to such an extent that they all threatened to leave if communication with Oracle was not improved.
I guess they have their loud and clear answer now and so do we!
Mysql and Java are endangered too now. Let me remind you all that this site is Mysql driven and so are most of the sites on the Internet.
This could get expensive and exclusive.
And we sure are against that 
Oracle has managed to destroy all the goodwill Sun has built up in the last ten years. They just got rid of a competitor - that sux.
It would have been illegal too if they had flagged this "interest" when buying them IMO.
