I think it is important to give good advice about hardware. It seems like Dell now is claiming that Win7 is free, therefor no refund can be given for customers that do not accept the Microsoft license.

IIRC, before I left a certain forum, there was someone there who is a member of both now (madams9117), who sent out a rather serious warning about something along those lines (although not Win7). Dell sux. Wouldn't wanna own anything from them to save my life.
