Turning off KDE services

I have this KDE in Arch. It pulls a load of CPU and I discovered that krfb (Desktopsharing) was the main reason for it. Krfb starts every time in KDE even though I have not defined it as a service in rc.conf. So it must be an internal KDE thing therefor there must be some place in KDE to turn it off.
But where :?: Any KDE gurus out there?

PS: I want the service not to start - So killall and right-clicking the symbol and turn it off, is no permanent solution.

The closest I myself can find is here, but you say you don't want to do that.

The only other thing really I can think, is to try stopping/killing krdc (under Startup and Shutdown in systemsettings, then to "Service Manager" on the left, and on the right what I have highlighted here):

Maybe as well there could be something here to help?

Turn off desktop sharing as well. http://ait.web.psi.ch/services/linux_ol ... m?forprint

I'm taking stabs here is all. No guarantees.

Something just dawned on me - that's not something I have running... I don't use desktop sharing or remote desktop either one... they're both turned off. Maybe something there.
