Moreover, it would induce an evolution of software licenses, considered to be unfair and to contain abusive terms [3].

Microsoft does not care much I guess because they get paid anyway (They are the masters of getting paid for nothing). This is about intrusive conditions forced upon us - that does not compute anymore.
Windows is not a natural part of the computer - Finally that is understood. Linux is even more natural if you ask me. I think this court only toke the signals from the European Commision - So other countries will probably follow.
Not Norway though; they have a Microsoft infested government. Both in terms of friendship and charity (Bill Gates and the prime minister) and ministers that are former MS employees and probably will get superduper job offerings, once they are thrown out of there. The MS lobby is not to be underestimated!
Still:
Europe just got a better place!
