It remains to be seen if it can achive an insignificant no3 position in the tablet market. They day will come when the tablet people wake up and wonder what it actually is for  And how innovative is it to bring to the market what Linux and Apple already have established? MS is dancing to the tunes played by the Linux community and Apple. They will come up with a new thing about the time MS has brought Win8 to the market. Or this could be the Familiar MS strategy to release something that sucks so bad that everybody will be euphoric about the next release. Do you remember Millenium and Vista? Yet the entire attitude of the Linux community is "We are gonna make you program and learn to like bash if it kills us!" and you know what? IT WILL NEVER HAPPEN. you have better odds of bringing back disco and bell bottoms than getting the world to embrace the mess that is CLI again.
I have to admit he is making a good point there.
I never liked disco anyway; I was only in it for the girls......
