Nice plate from Kno

Postby viking60 » 24 Nov 2010, 16:47

ImageKno has launched a plate with the Ubuntu OS. It has 16 Gigs and can be expanded. It still is early so there is not to much literature or apps for it yet. But it looks kind of promissing.

It certainly is a good looking gadet. But I have a problem with this:
Plus, Kno backs up your whole educational career online – automatically

As usual. This depends on where "online" is and who is controlling it. Any one but ME would be a bad alternative.

Could this be the best Ubuntu twist so far?

All disappointed Linux users waiting for their free beer could go there (I know I never got mine).

Yeah, I never got mine either LOL

Insofar as the gadget goes, not for me thanks. I'm not into gadgets much. Even if Linux.

OK it can be used as a phone so that is good I guess. I'll stick to the big boxes and small phones. But I think this stuff can become very popular.
