On my systems I still have the same issue that I had on the past that Gif Files flashes instead of doing what they are supposed to do.

Does anybody has the same experience? If not, what is the fix?

Is not a really a problem, is more than a nuisance.

As Viking said, it's a Firefox bug.

You need to update it and see if a fix has been applied yet - it's still happening for me, too, on the latest FF.

Same here, is updated and still the same. It does not happen with MS, I have FF on my work system.

It will be fixed in FF4. According to the marketing.

No, I get it in Namaroka in Arch, in FF in Fedora (to include the 4 beta), and in other various places I run FF at from time to time.
