I'm just now, after all these years, realizing what a great late-night song this is, one to kick back and chill with a glass of wine or something.
A band that never reached their full potential, but damn, what they did was SO GOOD!
Off to sleep.

Yes I remember them. This is better than "Shout". I got tired of that one back in the 80's

Oh yeah, that one was a burn-out for sure. I had to play it too much when I was in radio. :\ I try to stray away from "hits" for that reason. One exception is Dire Straits. No one I could find, ever got burned out on Walk of Life even, and I had to play the crap out of it, too.
This one here (Badman's Song) totally blew my mind. I had to work on it a lot to get the fuzziness & scratches out of it. Was hearing some hissing too. When I got completely done (I had to take it in very very small increments), I played the whole thing back and was totally completely amazed.

Another one from them that's quite nice.
Their hints of jazz were outstanding in the day... really nice stuff. Bare hints, but very nice.
I have got to find me some more web space...
Dang. I'm still hearing some hiss in this one...

Brownie points to anyone who can say, offhand, without looking it up, who the female singer is in "Badman's Song".
